2 handfuls of spring mix lettuce or baby spinach
1/3 of red onion,cut into thin rings
1 ripe tomato, chopped or 1/2 cherry tomatoes
1 ripe avocado, peeled and chopped
1/8 cup goji berries or dried cranberries
1/8 cup walnuts or pecans
Basil vinaigrette (1 see previous recipes)
Directions
Place all ingredients in a bowl and add the dressing. Serve immediately
